"Mind Your Back" - Stroll Back to Shape Session 5
Use the "Put me down" exercise in your daily routine when putting your baby down -- not only does this work your leg muscles it also reduces strain to your lower back. Remember to gently draw in your abdominal muscles before bending as this will help to support your back. When standing with baby try to stand as upright as possible and avoid straddling baby across one hip as this twists the pelvis and may cause pain.
